Rooms at Scandic Berlin Potsdamer Platz are also decorated in Scandinavian style. Comfortable box-spring beds, full-length windows and other high-quality furnishing make your business trip a pleasant one. You can work off the stresses of the day at our 8th-floor gym overlooking the city. A little lower down, you’ll find our restaurant and bar, the aptly named 3rd Floor. Our generous breakfast buffet includes a variety of organic products that will get your day off to a good start. For lunch and dinner, our chefs put an emphasis on local, in-season food. The terrace next to the bar is a great place to get together for a barbecue in the evening. You can find refreshments, snacks and a range of toiletries in the shop in the lobby, open around the clock. While you’re there, you can pick up a jar of our honey, made from our very own rooftop beehives. Scandic Berlin Potsdamer Platz is located at the heart of the city, with lots of nearby opportunities for sightseeing and shopping. The congress center, main train station and airport are all within easy reach by public transit. Note: To protect the health of our guests and team members, we have introduced special safety precautions and measures. These include special cleaning routines in the public areas and in the guest rooms, the wearing of face masks and the availability of hygiene dispensers for hand disinfection in all areas.

Secure, quiet and spacious meeting rooms are at your disposal, as well as a good technical equipment and reliable Wifi. We offer 3 technical starter packages to build your individual meeting. •Our basic package for meetings with 6 people in one place and a various number of participants online offers you the use of a head-mounted camera with integrated microphone for direct connection to your laptop. •With our extended package you can reach up to 20 guests in one place and a various number of guests online. In addition to a head-mounted camera for connection to your own laptop, it also includes a conference microphone system. •For larger meetings with 20 or more participants at one location, our professional package provides wireless microphones as well as digital audio direction, camera technology, video direction and steaming technology. Whether live stream, panel discussion, keynote or webinar: we have the latest network technology as a basis for digital communication. You would like to design your next event completely or partially virtually? We realize this for you together with our software partner ExVo! Virtual rooms can be created for every event, where all participants (avatars) can join in workshops, visit an exhibition or interact with other guests. This way any kind of event can be extended by 500 - 2000 participants. Here you will find all information & possibilities for your virtual event with our software partner ExVo. Of course also virtual events should be tasty! We offer you different food boxes, which we send to your home before the event. Our Scandic Better Meetings concept delivers the finishing touches. Experienced meeting advisors are on hand to discuss your individual needs and make sure your event is the best it can be. They use innovative tools like phone nurseries, pop-up bikes with drinks and snacks, or magic boxes with creative ice-breakers. We believe that better food leads to better meetings. Our customized food offerings feature a variety of energizing dishes and have something for everyone, regardless of allergies and preferences.
